We spent 5 nights in twin room. The bed was comfy and there where TV set with satellite channels, central heating and an individual safe. Location: the hotel was very close to good restaurants.

I was initially worried about the room at Laguna Hotel Suites, but upon entering, I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were modern and clean, with great amenities like a 32" TV and a modern shower. The location couldn't have been better, with the sea just steps away and a short walk to the marina and shopping mall. The staff were friendly and eager to please, providing daily room service. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was modern, equipped with smoke detectors and had a great view. It's right by Freej Sweeleh restaurant and close to the sea and cafes 🌊.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel in Kuwait City and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location of this place is absolutely fantastic. It is located right in the center of el salem el movarak street, close to Marina mall and there is a lovely coffee shop just across the street. Being in the center of Salmia City, it was very convenient for me to explore the city and visit various shops and malls.

This hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to shopping and dining. the staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean and some even have fridges and microwaves. the buffet breakfast had a good variety of food options.

Friendly staff and convenient location

During my weekend stay, I was pleased to find that the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location of the hotel was also a big plus, as it was conveniently situated near several key attractions that I was able to easily access. I appreciated the fact that the hotel offered free parking for guests, making it hassle-free for me to bring my own car.

While I did enjoy my stay overall, there were a couple of aspects that could have been improved upon. some of the furnishings in the hotel room felt quite outdated and could benefit from being updated.

The room was always kept clean, and the Wi-Fi was very reliable. Additionally, I was able to park my car easily and free of charge.

Had an amazing stay during Thanksgiving weekend. the two complementary facts offered in the room were a delightful surprise. the location was perfect for exploring nearby malls and shops. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a fridge and microwave in our spacious and clean room.

The bathroom was a bit cramped and could use some maintenance. the restaurant tables were not clean during breakfast.
